Reaching Out

Barrier Breakers identifies a need then reaches out into the community through special events like Thanksgiving Food   Baskets, Holiday Parties, Health Fairs, and Back-To-School outreaches.  Connecting individuals to community resources, as well as partnering with agencies.  Although most of our experience has dealt with single mothers and their children, our door is open to families of all races, colors, and creeds.
